In order to allow you to get the most from the Active Earth Club we need to collect information from you when you register as a member.

Your Display Name, Date of Birth, Home Town, Country, Nationality, Key Interests, Other Interests and any Photo Stories you have submitted will be available to view by other members only (not the general public). Members will be able to email you via the website but your full name and email address will remain confidential.

Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. Your information will not be passed onto any other party unless you specifically request us to do so.
